Top-Floor 1-Bedroom Condo in Downtown Traverse City – Walk to Beaches & Dining

A wonderful condo in a great location in TC. A short walk to Front Street - shopping and restaurants. Also really accessible to local restaurants. Condo was very well equipped and quiet. Great for a couple - I worked from the condo for several days...Wi-Fi was excellent. Make sure to do your grocery shopping at Oryana (walking distance) - amazing food! I love My secret stash for wonderful Michigan based products that aren't the usual touristy junk. Both super close by. I will come back.

The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and perfectly located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The parking situation isn’t ideal and a little confusing. We ended up paying to park in the nearby parking ramp that we thought was free, but it wasn’t the end of the world. We really enjoyed our stay!

We found this to be the perfect spot for our stay. It's conveniently close to downtown, yet offers a private and peaceful atmosphere. The availability of a nearby parking garage was extremely convenient. The owner's attentive maintenance of the property was evident, and their clear communication ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We're already looking forward to returning here in the future!
