Good to know

We have one master bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, a TV, and an en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom located on the main floor includes two twin beds, with additional space for a pack-n-play. The upstairs loft bedroom is open to the downstairs common area and features another comfortable king-sized bed. During your stay, explore the charming village, located a mere mile from the bay and downtown. The garden level boasts a variety of on-site amenities, including restaurants and shops that cater to both fine dining and quick bites. We had the best weekend staying at Carrie's place. This was our third time staying at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons and it has become our favorite place to stay in Traverse City. We enjoyed the Farmers Market, all the shops, the nature trails, lunch at Spanglish, wine tasting, and dinner at PepeNero. We also did the historical guided tour which was well worth it. The unit itself was spacious, clean and inviting. The furniture was comfortable and we felt right at home. Carrie was a great host and she was very accommodating when the weather affected our travel plans. We would definitely stay here again.

We have always enjoyed staying at Grand Traverse Commons. Carrie's place is one that we have wanted to stay at and were glad it was available for our fall trip with friends. The home was comfortable and had everything that we needed to enjoy our weekend. We especially liked how things were labeled in the kitchen! That was very helpful. The beds were comfy! We would highly recommend renting this unit.

We loved this stay. The most well equipped place we have stayed (laundry detergent, stocked kitchen, etc). It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hidden play room was a huge hit with our 2 year old grand daughter!
