With three bike shops next door, it's the perfect spot to rent bikes and explore the area, with the cross-town TART trail across the street. Impeccably clean, expertly hosted, and incredibly convenient, this NOBO Townhouse promises a superb stay.

Good to know

Rest comfortably in two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, each with a queen bed, complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. The full-size kitchen is well-stocked and includes spices, condiments, pots, and pans for your cooking convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months.

If you have babies coming to stay, let us know ahead of time, and we will have pack n’ plays, baby gates, and high chairs ready! **NO pets allowed unless proper service pet documentation has been provided and approved BEFORE check-in. If you have an unauthorized pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for your stay. - There will be other renters as well as permanent residents so please be respectful. Quite hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. - No smoking inside the property or on the property grounds (including no vaping or weed) - No pets - No loitering on the front porch. - Any alcohol must be consumed inside of the property. Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the porch, the lawn in front of the property, or any other common areas.

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the area and great location for walking and biking. Carrie was able to provide us with a steamer for our use at our request. I was thankfulI didn't need to travel with one. We had a great visit in Traverse City!

Its a nice place to stay, beds were clean and comfortable, love the total dark shades, cotton towels. lots to do nearby. the garage was a plus but it was a tight fit for the odyssey with a bike rack. we cleaned up the place before departure because we found it mostly clean on arrival. the cleaning crew need to check the underbed, its pretty dusty. I was sneezing I didn't realized until I looked under the bed when we left. I just wish the check out was at 12pm rather than 10am because when were on vacation we tend to do a lot of things and sleep late on the last night. I would book again!
